An extremist Taliban group takes a group of Korean tourists hostage in Afghanistan. The Korean government dispatches Jae Ho, known as one of Korea’s most skilled diplomats, to handle the situation. Once he arrives, he asks for the Afghan government’s cooperation and uses every means possible to free the hostages. However, Jae Ho’s efforts go in vain. Due to his failure, he’s forced to work with Dae Sik, a special agent who is an expert on the Middle East. As they begin making their move to get to the Taliban, the first hostage death occurs. With nowhere else to turn, the two become unlikely allies in a race against time to save the rest of the hostages.

Lee Yul is the Crown Prince of Joseon, a perfectionist who disregards the majority of those in the royal palace and appears cold and demanding when in reality, he is just lonely. Set in an old village located in the Southern Gyeongsang Province, the southeastern region of Korea, Nunbal tells the story of two small-town middle school students, a boy who transfers to a new school and his classmate, a girl who is bullied. The film will focus on the boy's relationship with the girl from the same class, and is a heart wrenching story that will tackle the topic of school violence.

From childhood, Park Tae Soo yearned for power. Born in a poor family, he reigned over fellow students with his fist before he caught a glimpse of what he called “real power” -- the sight of his thug father being beaten up by a pencil-neck prosecutor. It was then that he decided to pursue a career in law, the biggest symbol of power in the 90’s. After entering the most prestigious law school, experiencing democratic resistance in Korea, Tae Soo finally reaches his goal of becoming a prosecutor, but his life is no better than a salary man. By chance, he joins a clique of the powerful prosecutors with wealth and authority. He finally gets a taste of a life of the top hierarchy, but as he enjoys the sweetness of supremacy, he also sees the cruel side of it. Tae Soo soon realizes that real power comes at a price: forfeiting one’s conscience and pride. Entering star prosecutor Han Kang Shik’s inner circle, he slowly commences on a descent into corruption and ascent to power.

A special task force will mix cops and criminals in order to catch bad guys, but this time the good-bad guys will be con artists who use their skills of fraud and deception in order to help catch tax evaders

The Korean war does not start well for the US. They are being routed by the North Koreans and despite US reinforcements from Tokyo, the US army is making a hasty disorganized retreat to the southern-most city of Pusan. On the path to Pusan is the village of Jogunri, near the village of Nogunri. The US Army orders all the villagers out of Jogunri, warning them that the North Korean army is coming. Some 500 villagers make their way, children on their backs, leading ox carts laden with belongings. But word is circulating among the US forces that Northern soldiers may be hiding among the civilian refugees. As the Jogunri villagers approach Nogunri, an American airplane suddenly swoops in and strafes and bombs the civilians, killing many. In the ensuing chaos, the US soldiers force the remaining 400 villagers into a cave under a bridge. The US soldiers then open fire. In the end, only 25 manage to survive the massacre.

Au Jin is a mother of two children and wife to a husband in deep financial difficulties. To augment her income, she works for a telephone sex-chat service. After a chance meeting with Madam Kim, she is offered a job in an all-night bar acting as a companion for lonely men. She is uncomfortable as the level of services she must provide increases, until one day she is introduced to a customer who appears to treat her affectionately and lovingly. Could he be the one for her, the one to take her away from all this?
