Kitazawa Tatsunosuke works as an elite bodyguard for a small bodyguard protection company. He is the ace of the company, with excellent athletic abilities, and is always able to see two or three steps ahead of a situation. When he takes action, he usually manages to stay calm and collected with his judgment. His father, who was a police officer, was stabbed to death.

Tatsunosuke, who is currently trying to pursue the killer, receives a request from the law firm to protect a new client. The client happens to be Kishimura Rika, a lawyer who is potentially being targeted due to a grudge against her in regard to a case she was in charge of. Because of this, she has to be under strict security 24 hours a day. Tatsunosuke, who is serious and stoic in nature, is largely inflexible and, naturally, not a good match for Rika, who hates being restricted. However, as they start to live together, their feelings toward each other begin to change.

High school student Moe has moved to a new town after the death of her father. Saki Hoshino is 25-years-old and a member of the Cheat team. The Cheat team is a group of swindlers who target other swindlers that stole from people. The Cheat team was created by Detective Kazuki Anzai and consists of Police Officer Yuto Kamo, ex-private detective Shun Negishi, genius hacker Mizuki Maruyama and Saki Hoshino.

Meanwhile, Saki Hoshino has a secret. She is also a member of an unpopular idol group. The idol group consists of herself, Mai and Yuna. The manager of her idol group is Shinji Nakagome. Saki Hoshino uses the stage name of Momo Kisaragi when she performs with the group.

In this drama the 4 casts will face 10 different kinds of tasks but all of them are supposed to be "very scary".

The five-member band Shark wants to change the world with their music and dreams of making their major debut. They struggle but continue to progress forward on what is certainly not an easy path. Because of their fellow members and their desire to succeed, they refuse to give up and begin to grow in popularity in the indie scene with their charismatic presence. As Shark is finally on the verge of debuting, however, tragedy falls upon them when their vocalist Kitagawa Kazuki dies in an accident. A year after his passing, Shark's popularity has slowly dwindled away as they struggle to fill the void that Kazuki left behind in both vocals and stage presence. Any hopes of making a major debut lies with the addition of a new vocalist. Then comes Kurata Mizuki, an arrogant, yet talented vocalist who has a similar stage presence as Kazuki when he was alive.
