Hoshikamo once worked at a big private detective agency, but he now he runs his own private detective office. His office is situated within his grandmother's recycle shop. Hoshikamo solves various cases with his assistant Tsugumi Karato. He first met Tsugumi Karato when she was his client. She hired him to help her with a stalker.

Based on the true story about Aizawa Hospital ( Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture ), where Nao Kodaira who won a gold medal at the 500m Woman's speed skating at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics 2018 works, has received a miracle after falling into a bankruptcy crisis due to large debts.

Season 2 of this drama starts off with Machi being married to Dai Yashiro, while Kenji Rusudo is a rival real estate agent.
