    Ever since the sensational phenomenon called Produce 101 finished, there were rumors and talks about a boys version of the reality survival show. Mnet has finally revealed their upcoming hit reality show, Boys 24. Much like the previous girl version, 24 male trainees will compete in a variety of challenges in order to debut as a group.

    BOYS24 has released the first introduction for the newest Mnet survival reality program.

    On June 14, 소년24 shared the comedic introduction video featuring Shinhwa′s Eric through their official SNS channels.

    The premise is that Eric is upset that there is “another audition show” and Shin Hye Sung explains to him that BOYS24 is actually very different from usual audition programs.

    Unlike other audition programs, BOYS24 includes the three parts: broadcast, performance and digital, to create a total entertainment experience.

    Meanwhile, BOYS24 is a unit survival reality program. Based on skill and potential, 49 contestants dreaming to become the next idol will compete in groups. The first episode will air on Mnet and tvN beginning June 18.

    Mnet had started teasing for the show by revealing 7 members over 7 days. The boys seem to be top class trainees who are talented, handsome, and oh so charismatic!
