A revenge drama set in the Seoul Regional Office’s Tax Division.

Hwang Dong Joo is the chief of taxation division 5 at the National Tax Service. He works hard to trace money that is hidden from the tax service. His team includes Seo Hye Young, who has a bright personality and his boss is Oh Young.

Meanwhile, In Tae Joon is the director of a regional tax office. He is an ambitious man, who has earned his way to the top through corrupt and illegal actions, all-the-while maintaining his cocky attitude.

An Joon Ho is a soldier. He is quiet and calm, but inflexible. Sergeant Park Beom Goo notices Private An Joon Ho's tenacity and ability to observe. He transfers An Joon Ho to the D.P. (Deserter Pursuit) team. Their mission is to catch deserters. An Joon Ho works with Sergeant Park Beom Goo and Corporal Han Ho Yeol on the team. Sergeant Park Beom Goo looks tired all the time. He curses and nags at An Joon Ho and Han Ho Yeol, but he also takes care of them with his keen insight. Han Ho Yeol sometimes gives An Joon Ho investigative know-how, but he sometimes annoys him.

Meanwhile, First Lieutenant Im Ji Seob only cares about his success in the military. He does not care for the D.P. team.

A young man works at the bond collection call center. He is polite, pure and sincere at a glance. On the other hand, the director of the center is not. The director's daughter is having a hard time preparing for a job. Light for the Youth revolves around these people. At the beginning of the movie, the young man and the director of the center seem to meet each other accidentally on the rooftop, a resting place, and easily succeed in communicating regardless of the difference in rank. However, a big incident soon happens to the young man who visited a house to collect bonds, and the situation quickly falls into a state of thrill and tragedy.

An Eun Young is a new nurse teacher at school. She has a special ability to see jelly like monsters that are made from residue of human desire and she can also eradicate these jellies. She uses a toy knife and a BB gun to take out the jellies. She senses that a mysterious event takes place at her school.

Hong In Pyo is a Chinese language teacher at the same school. Hong In Pyo has a special energy. In order to protect the students, An Eun Young and Hong In Pyo work together to eradicate these jellies.

A former professional boxer has a helpless past. After a diagnoses makes him reconsider his life, he takes his unusual boxing style back to the ring.

In 1994, on the first day that Yoo Yeol went on air as the new DJ of the popular radio show ‘Music Album', a college girl Mi Soo meets Hyun Woo who happens to drop by the bakery she works at. Like the music streaming from the radio, their frequencies slowly come in sync; even when they're apart, the show brings them together through ebbs and flows of events arising from both pure coincidence and inevitability, until the bitter reality drives them apart.

The film is a romantic melodrama that will tell the love story of the optimistic Hyun Woo and the hard-working Mi Soo, who end up meeting by chance. Although the young couple’s paths keep crossing, the timing never appears to be in their favor.

Ma Doo Sang goes to Seoul to find his first love, but he suffers from a disease that makes him unable to recognize faces. He begins working as a delivery man for a Chinese restaurant. He soon meets three women who all look like his first love to him.

Shi Hyun, the monetary policy manager at the Bank of Korea, predicts a massive national financial crisis and reports it to the Director. The Director doesn’t schedule an emergency summit until 10 days later but does it without notifying the public of the situation. Shi Hyun urges for the crisis to be announced in order to warn people of the looming disaster, but her plea is ignored. The summit is held behind closed doors.

Jung Hak, a financial consultant, notices Korea is suddenly hemorrhaging foreign funds, and he learns the reason is that international finance firms have ordered an all-out investment withdrawal from the country, which has caused the credit rating to plummet. He hands in his resignation and decides to play the odds on what he’s sure is a coming crisis. He secretly starts gathering investors willing to do the same.

Gap Su, a family man who runs a small tableware factory, has a big break and wins a contract with a department store. The fact that the price settlement terms equal to little more than a promissory note concern him only briefly, and oblivious to the looming financial upheaval, Gap Su signs the contract.

The Managing Director of IMF comes to Korea just one week before the country goes bust, and that is when those who try to prevent the crisis, those who seek to take advantage of it, and those only trying to protect their livelihood are caught in the wake of national bankruptcy.

Yong Bi, Sang Woo, Ji Kong and Doo Man are four 20-year-old friends. They take a trip to Pohang for one night and 2 days for Sang-Woo who is about to enlist in the military. At night, they drink on the beach and watch the night view of the sea. At that time, the friends see a woman being beaten by a man. They run to save her.
