To protect prospective buyers from unwittingly buying properties with stigmas attached, the Happy Real Estate Agency launched the “Happy Stigmatized House App” and created a special investigations team to build a map and database of stigmatized properties across the Greater Taipei region.

Faced with paying off her mother’s debts and selling the stigmatized property her missing father left behind when he disappeared 18 years ago, optimistic and hardworking agent Lu An Chi takes on the Happy Stigmatized House App assignment. Desperate for money and not afraid of ghosts, An Chi partners up with rookie assistant Yo Da Chih, who can see dead people but loses his psychic abilities whenever he sneezes. Together, they begin a series of investigations into properties that have been stigmatized for various reasons. Along the way, they are gradually changed by their profound experiences, realizing that they are not just investigators and detectives but also psychotherapists, life consultants, and even enforcers of justice.

Hi! 6 is the rebranding of popular Chinese show "Happy Camp".

From World War, to revolution and ultimately rebirth, Forever Young is the story of four generations spanning a hundred years of modern Chinese history. Each generation faces its own unique set of challenges. Up against corporate corruption, the trials and tribulations of the cultural revolution, and one's duty to nation in time of war, they are faced with choosing their individual paths through history. But as the challenges and turmoil of each generation may differ as time changes, what was learned in the past cannot help but effect the choices that are made in the future as it is passed down from generation to generation. And that is the universal message that being true to yourself is precious. It is the source of strength that empowers one to become the person they want to be, to march forward as far as their hearts desire, into the future.

The movie tells the story of a couple who fervently prayed for a blessing. In answer to their earnest request, the heavens gifted them with a child. From then on, the new family of two couples traverses the happy and sad paths of life.

Chen Mo and Mo Han, Le Yi and Mega are a pair of couples which are close friends. The four young people live together in the same residence and lead a nonchalant and carefree life. Suddenly on one faithful day, a meteor crashed onto their rooftop which morphed into a lovely baby which came to them in their sleep. Astonished about the overnight presence, the four were rendered perplexed. The four soon became baby sitters and were the frenzied by the task. Gradually they found this "everyone's" baby possesses magical powers! Followed by a string of events, they were matured by the responsibilities and fostering of the baby.
