At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, when Mongolia ruled over all the Chinese Continent, the Mongols, the Hans, and Koryo (ancient Korea) migrants were engaged in racial conflict. The son of a Koryo migrant, Jinha, and the illegitimate daughter of a Mongol general, Sullie, become true friends and eventually fall in love. However, the love and loyalty between them cannot last. When Sullie􀁳s mother dies of a chronic disease, her merciless father Taruga takes her to Sohung with him. She promises to wait for Jinha at a pagoda in Sohung on the day of every full moon. But against their will, they become swept up in the current of these tragic times...

Beijing Bicycle revolves around a seventeen-year-old boy Guei (Cui) from the countryside who came to Beijing to seek work. He finds a job with a courier company, which assigns him a brand-new bicycle. After it is stolen one day, the stubborn Guei goes on a search for his missing bicycle. At the other end of the city, Jian (Li) is a schoolboy who buys Guei's stolen bicycle from a second-hand market. When Guei's search brings the two boys together, more than the ownership of the bicycle is brought into question. The film explores the theme of youth as well as several social issues, including class, youth delinquency, theft, and rural-urban socio-economic divisions and change.

The story revolves around Tan Bin, a careerwoman who experiences challenges in life and work and overcomes it to find happiness. Every white-collar worker wishes for the day they can kiss the cubicle goodbye to have an office of their own. Tan Bin (Tang Yan) is no different and she is a high performer who ranks as one of the top 500 sales associates in the world. Her boyfriend is a painter named Shen Pei (Li Cheng Xuan) but they are as different as day and night which leaves them in a relationship that seems to be headed for nowhere. Due to an accident, Shen Pei hits rock bottom causing more problems for the coupole. Meanwhile, Tan Bin's former boss and new competitor Cheng Rui Min (Ron Ng) walks into her life.

Adapted from the novel of the same name, The Lady in the Cubicle describes the life of white-collar worker Tan Bin, who is approaching the dreaded thirtieth birthday. As she struggles with challenges in work and love, particularly when she becomes involved with her superior Cheng Ruimin, she uncovers the real meaning of true happiness. The drama will also revolve around the lives of two other career women: Mini, who is TanBin’s constant rival, and Jessica, a pampered young woman who has just entered the workforce.

The father of Ruthainark is in debt with a man called Lin Lang Ser who is a well known member of the Hong Kong mafia. As the ugly duckling of the family Ruthainark is a very intelligent student but cannot compare with her sister's beautiful looks. Lin Lang Ser decides to accept her sister as a payback for the high debts of her family, but when the day comes to pay the debt the girl's father decides to run away with his eldest daughter. As a result of this Ruthainark is captured by Lin Lan Ser's men and brought to his mansion.
