This is a program for all the bosses in Korea! So many office workers and employees are working hard night and day to live a better life. During their working hours, working with their boss is unavoidable. This show will capture all the behind scenes of employees and bosses working closely. Let’s dive in to find out how frustrating, inspiring, and challenging bosses could be to their employees at a work setting!

Are you a boss? If you are, are you sure you're a good boss? This program turns the table around, giving employees a chance to tell what they really think about their boss. Three bosses take the appraisal with confident, but neither a veteran comedian, a famous chef, nor the Mayor of Seoul can escape the bombarding facts about them. They try to deny or deflect the realities, but in the end, they look back themselves and find out what they do was over-the-top. The vast difference between what the bosses think and what the staffs think causes such a big laugh that you can blow off some work stress.

After School Club features various musical guests of South Korea and the series is directed at an international audience so the principal language is English with Korean subtitles and translations produced on air. It allows international fans of K-pop music to interact directly with the live shows through social media: fans can join in on the live broadcasts through video chats in Google Hangouts, send in tweets to the show's official Twitter account, and are also able to share comments, ask questions, and request music videos on the show's official Facebook account.
