This is a live-action story adaptated from Usamaru Furuya's manga with the same title.

The story revolves around nine students at an all-boys school who create a god-like Lychee machine to capture the beautiful women of the world. However, the machine eventually becomes self-aware "and is soon equally capable of measuring beauty and executing justice.

The drama revolves around Je Hyuk's time in prison, as well as prisoners he meets and events that take place there.

In 1986, Park Gwang Ho works as an excellent and enthusiastic detective. His life changes when he’s pursuing leads in a serial homicide case and then passes through a time portal, which transports him to present day Seoul. As time passes without the expected results, the situation develops in an unanticipated direction. Another young woman is found strangled to death on the deck of a cruiser moored at Koto Marina and the police finds no evidence of assault. Furthermore, the body is barefoot once again. Katsuragi does not think it is a casual coincidence that the two locations are by the waterside. He suspects the criminal of crossing the waterways, which are arguably the metropolis’ blind spots, by boat to transport the dead bodies from the crime scenes. Are the victims barefoot because of some message from the criminal!? The case gets plunged into more and more confusion.

Kimhan and Mookarin were engaged to be married but a tragedy destroyed their happiness. Mon, Kimhan's sister, was found dead and her husband Tada, Mook's brother, was accused of killing her.
