Tatsuo Sato quits his job and roams around aimlessly, trying to escape from his painful past. Tatsuo Sato then meets Takuji Oshiro (Masaki Suda) at a pachinko parlor. They strike up a friendship and Tatsuo goes with Takuji to his home. Takuji's home is located along the beach, but the home is a rundown shack.

There, Takuji lives with his ill father, ambivalent mother and older sister Chinatsu (Chizuru Ikewaki). Tatsuo sees something special with Chinatsu. A light shines there despite the oppressive atmosphere that surrounds their situation.

For seven years, Shen Yi Zhen tries to be a dutiful wife and an obedient daughter-in-law. But the loneliness of being married to a workaholic husband and the stress of not having a grandchild for her perfectionist parents-in-law is pushing her to a breaking point. One day, she meets a man who is the exact opposite of her husband. Her feelings for him gradually threatens her peaceful married life.

The film is about "people who are dissatisfied with the country carrying out a kidnapping plan and take revenge toward the people who reign over them", according to Korea Media Rating Board (KMRB). "Regarding the images, it included heavily violent content throughout the whole film", said an official from KMRB, explaining the R-rating and why they prohibit people under 18 from seeing the movie.

"Venus Talk" follows three female friends who are all in their 40's.Shin-Hye (Uhm Jung-Hwa) works as a producer for a cable TV station and she is still single. She hears that Director Lee (Choi Moo-Sung) will marry her junior colleague who is only 26-years-old. Shin-Hye gets pissed, because they dated for 6 years and she even supported him before his promotion to a director. Shin-Hye and some of her co-workers meet afterwork for drinks. A loud argument takes place with everybody but Shin-Hye and her younger colleague Hyun-Seung (Lee Jae-Yoon) left to drink alone. They end up spending the night at a motel. Shin-Hye looks back at that night as a one night stand, but Hyun-Seung thinks about it differently.Mi-Yeon (Moon So-Ri) is a housewife who at first seems content with her life. Before she married Jae-Ho (Lee Sung-Min), she stipulated that they should have sex 3 times a week. Jae-Ho finds it harder and harder to satisfy his wife. One day, Mi-Yeon finds something hidden in Jae-Ho's desk.Hae-Young (Jo Min-Su) lives with her twenty-something year old daughter Soo-Jung (Jeon Hye-Jin) and runs a small bakery cafe. She is dating Sung-Jae (Lee Kyoung-Young) who runs a carpentry shop. Hae-Young wants to spend more time with her boyfriend and pushes her daughter to either marry or become more independent. Her daughter refuses because of her poor financial situation. Things change though when her daughter becomes pregnant and marries her boyfriend. Finally, Hae-Young can have some privacy with her boyfriend. 

Chun Hyang is set on the eve of the 18th century in Korea's Joseon Dynasty. Mong Ryong is the studious 16-year-old son of a Governor who, as the film opens, is about to go away for several years to take exams to become a state official. Before he buckles down, Mong Ryong does a bit of sightseeing with his servant, Pang Ja. One day, he lays eyes on a beautiful girl named Chun Hyang and falls in love with her, despite the differences in their social status (she's the daughter of a gisaeng).

Mong Ryong promises to marry Chun Hyang, as soon as he returns from his exams. She agrees to wait, but, in the meantime, a new Governor has taken control of the province. He hears of Chun Hyang he tries to make the young woman his mistress. She refuses and is badly beaten and given the death sentence.

Young married couple Yoon Hee and Jung Hyun go on a road trip, and along the way they pick up a lone drifter, Em. Em turns out to be a violent and sadistic psychopath who terrorizes the couple at every turn. After capturing Jung Hyun, Em gives him a choice: submit to torture or allow Em to kill Yoon Hee.

Ki-tae (Hyuk Jang) and Cheol-su (Beom-su Lee) are two wannabe-gangsters trying to insinuate themselves into the local mob ring by working as low-level lackeys. When they ineptly botch an important drug deal and have to repay the missing money, the enterprising duo embark upon an unlikely scheme involving a big bag of cocaine and a prostitute named Meg Ryan (Hye-jin Jeon)--all while being pursued by the local authorities and a sadistic mobster named Min-cheol (Chang-min Son). Quirky and fast-paced, JUNGLE JUICE aims to elicit equal parts adrenaline and laughter.
