Aom is a writer who got swindled out of her house during her trip to Korea. She finds out that her house was sold to Mike and in an attempt to get her possessions back, she enters a contract marriage with Mike for one year. Though she lost everything, Aom remains optimistic and takes things in strike. What started out as a business relationship between the two becomes personal as they start to care for each other.

Junko comes to Korea as an exchange student to learn the language. Upon arrival, she goes to the guesthouse, with its friendly owner, delicious food, and her own private furnished room. There's nothing more she could ever want, until, to her horror, she finds out her room belongs to the owner's son, Jong Man. Junko threatens to pack up her bags and leave, but Jong Man's father begs her to stay, enticing her with a package deal of Jong Man's room, complete with Korean language lessons from none other than Jong Man himself! Jong Man's father forces his son to give the lessons to Junko to make up for the debt he ran up on his credit card, and so begins the tug of war between the owner's son and the guest.

Ji Won Yeong is an aspiring musician and the lead singer of a band while No Woo Ri works at a fashion company. The two met at one of Won Yeong's gigs and their relationship blossomed. Soon, they agreed to live together. Things got complicated when they both decided to break up.

Due to complications with the security deposit and the loan on the apartment, the two have no choice but to keep living together as roommates until the contract is up and when they're financially able to leave..."

PD Baek Seung Chan decided to work at the entertainment division of KBS television network because of his secret crush on a KBS employee. On his his first day on the job, PD Baek Seung Chan goes through training, but has a difficult time with PD Tak Ye Jin. PD Tak Ye Jin is the producer of music program "Music Bank."

PD Baek Seung Chan is then devastated when he sees his secret crush and PD Ra Joon Mo being affectionate towards each other. Joon-Mo is the producer of variety show "2 Days & 1 Night” and he is a long time friend of PD PD Tak Ye Jin.

PD Tak Ye Jin has been feeling sick since the morning, because of an incident with an expensive parked car. She tries to contact the owner of the parked car, but fails. PD Tak Ye Jin then argues with popular singer Cindy (IU) over her stage outfit.

PD Ra Joon Mo is also going through a hard time. He hears rumors that his show is going to be cancelled because of low ratings. After a long and hard day, PD Tak Ye Jin is finally able to track down the owner of the expensive car. Surprisingly, the owner of the expensive car is PD Baek Seung Chan.

Soo In, Bok Nyeo, Pung Geum, and Mi Oh, are four female prisoners at a correctional facility have been victims of a miscarriage of justice in different cases, which later turn out to have a common thread intertwined. They team up to challenge a big conglomerate for an exact revenge. These four women forge a bond based on their common grievances and lean on each other for support. Though they are not related, they become a family of sisters.

The idealistic Choi In Ha has her work cut out for her when she becomes a broadcast journalist, especially when she suffers from a condition known as “Pinocchio syndrome,” which makes her break out into hiccups whenever she tells a lie. Her rookie colleagues include Choi Dal Po, whose shabby appearance masks his true eloquence and sharp memory; Seo Bum Jo, a wealthy heir who has had everything handed to him in life; and Yoon Yoo Rae, whose fangirl knowledge comes in handy in covering the news. On a rainy night, Eun-Yi walks home and finds a large blue box on front of her home. When she looks inside, she's shocked to see a man named In-Ho sitting in the box. Oddly enough, In-Ho reminds Eun-Yi of her former pet dog Momo. Eun-Yi then comes up with an arrangement. She will let In-Ho stay at her apartment if he will become her pet dog Momo.

Han Ji Eun, an aspiring scriptwriter, lives in a house called "Full House" built by her late father. One day, her two best friends trick her into believing she has won a free vacation. While she is away, they sell her house. On the plane, she meets a famous actor named Lee Young Jae. Through comedic events, they get acquainted during her vacation and when she returns, she discovers her house has been sold to him. Though they don't get along with each other, as she is messy and he has a bad temper and likes cleanliness, they agreed to live with each other. At first, Ji Eun works as his maid in order to buy her house back, but because of Young Jae's wish to make the love of his life, Kang Hye Won jealous, they get married. They set up a contract for the marriage to last six months. During that time, complications arise and Ji Eun and Young Jae become attracted to each other.

The drama is about love of singles in their 30s. Hong Nan Hee is an ordinary worker at a publishing firm, she's a girl who always falls in and out of love since she was young until one day when she meets an old classmate, Byun Hyung Tae, who is a team leader of an advertising company again. Hyung Tae may seem to be a good catch in the eyes of many women but he's only a cowardly boy to Nan Hee whom he has grown up with. '9 End 2 Outs' is using the baseball theme to compare to the fates and lives of the people in love.

Shin Joo Yeon is a 33-year-old fashion marketing director at a home shopping channel company. Jang Hye Sung, a bold, sassy, thick-faced, comical, and a materialistic public defender who becomes a lawyer after overcoming poverty and painful memories from her childhood, comes to realization about society and justice after meeting Park Soo Ha, a 19-year-old boy who reads other people’s thoughts and Cha Kwan Woo, an innocent lawyer who lives a disciplined life. Jang Hye Sung is actually Soo Ha's first love after she gave a decisive testimony on his father's murder case 10 years ago and Soo Ha promised to protect her from the killer's threats. Meanwhile, Cha Kwan Woo is Jang Hye Sung's fellow lawyer, a cheerful and an idealistic former cop even though his character is a bit slow, he is nice and pleasant with a firm idea of his principles and justice. Together they will team up to find the justice in the courtroom and solve the toughest cases with less than 1% chance of winning.
