Hidari Shoutaro is a detective working in his beloved town Fuuto. But something is threatening the peace in the town - Gaia memories, which turn people into monsters. Shoutaro has a secret partner, and together they protect Fuuto.

When world peace is threatened by the emergence of an international secret society of evil called the "Black Cross Army/Black Crusaders" (黒十字軍 Kuro Jūjigun), the United Nations sets up an international peace organization called "EAGLE" (EArth Guard LEague) (国際的平和組織イーグル Kokusaiteki Heiwa Soushiki Īguru) to combat the threat. This special army is distributed to various parts of the world (designated as "Blocks"). One of the largest "Blocks" is Japan. The "Black Cross Army/Black Crusaders", fearful of this united threat against them, decides to launch a surprise attack against the Japan EAGLE Block and sends five of its most dangerous cyborg operatives to attack Japan's various EAGLE branches. Across Japan the Black Cross Army decimates its targets, killing all those who oppose them. Yet from the ashes of these destroyed bases, five young recruits miraculously survive and vow vengeance. Given a special interlocking "key", the various survivors are summoned to snackshop "Gon", secret gateway to EAGLE Japan's main command center by Japan's EAGLE Commander Edogawa Gonpachi. There they are given special formfitting electronic battlesuits, which empower its wearer with various superhuman abilities. Edogawa tells them that they are the Secret Squadron "Gorenger", the world's best chance against the forces of the Black Cross Army. Armed with these battlesuits and other special weapons created by EAGLE scientists, they exact their revenge upon the Black Crusaders who killed their comrades and dedicate themselves to crushing the remaining forces of the Black Cross Army and its sinister leader, Black Cross Führer.

Seira was raised in India, but she is sent back to Japan to continue her education at an affluent boarding high school. Although she has lived in luxury, the well-bred Seira is kind and generous, earning her many friends at the school. One person who dislikes Seira is the school's director, though she treats Seira well due to the father's fortune. Then, during Seira's 16th birthday party, the director informs her that her father has died, leaving her penniless. As a result, she is forced to work as a servant in order to pay off her school bills. --Tokyograph

Kazuki Kakurai is an elite doctor at a university hospital. One evening, Kazuki Kakurai and his wife Yoko attend a party. During the party, Kazuki Kakurai receives an emergency call from the hospital. Yoko returns home and Kazuki Kakurai goes to the hospital. After he performs surgery at the hospital, Kazuki Kakurai goes back home. There, he finds Yoko and their housekeeper stabbed to death. Kazuki Kakurai also sees a man fleeing from the scene and chases after him. They get into a physical confrontation, but Kazuki Kakurai is beaten and falls unconscious. Later, Kazuki Kakurai maintains his innocence at his trial, but he is given the death sentence for the murders of his wife and his housekeeper. While being transported to prison, Kazuki Kakurai manages to escape from the convoy bus and he becomes fugitive. He is chased by Detective Masami Hosaka.

The Jashinka Empire rises from the depths of the Earth to conquer the world. To stop them, Dr. Kyutaro Yumeno assembles five inventors to his laboratory, Yumeno Invention Laboratory and gives them the power to become Dynamen. Each member has their own goal, but as the Kagaku Sentai Dynaman, they are united to stop the Jashinka Empire in their tracks.

In Iryu 2, Asada Ryutaro wages a new battle against the realities of Japan's medical care system. The government has drafted legislation to tackle the recent inflation of medical fees; hospitals have entered an era in which they will go bankrupt if they aren't independently run. At the same time, hospital mergers and takeovers are also taking place. Additionally, the obstetrics and pediatrics departments are being closed in succession, and there are inadequate doctors in the region - issues that are closely related to these hospital management problems. Now, hospitals, like the average corporation, face collapse if they are not profitable.

Two women became widows on the same day, same hour. Ha Yoon-jeong becomes the matriarch of the family of her husband. Yoon-jeong supports them because she feels guilty about her husband's disappearance. Oh Dong-ja, Yoon-jeong's sister-in-law, has been living with Yoon-jeong's help as well. After the terrifying day of losing their husbands, the two women have been living as each other's good companions. However, now they become implacable enemies because of their children! What would happen if their daughters rival each other in love? What would happen if Yoon-jeong's husband, who everyone thought was dead, appears before them as the future father-in-law of Dong-ja's son? Could Yoon-jeong and Dong-ja's relation go back to the good old days?
