Yamihara Kokoro and Asada Toramatsu live in a town that is quite peaceful, until a serial murder case happened where the bodies all had their blood drained out. Five years have passed but the case remains unsolved. Meanwhile, Kokoro and Toramatsu have been in a relationship for a year, but are unable to get married as they are keeping a serious secret from each other. Kokoro is actually a vampire. However, she does not attack humans and live modestly. Toramatsu is a popular resident in the town and is trusted by many. After getting a divorce, Toramatsu got drunk and went back to his old house, where he met Kokoro, the current occupant. As the two continue to keep their secrets hidden, a horrific murder occurs once again in the town.

An anonymous letter is delivered to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. The letter states that a criminal of a murder case will appear at the countdown party Masquerade Night that will be held at Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. Detective Kosuke Nitta (Takuya Kimura) must go undercover and work again at the Hotel Cortesia Tokyo. There, he meets Naomi Yamagishi (Masami Nagasawa), who works as a concierge. Without any information about the criminal, except that the person will be in attendance, Detective Kosuke Nitta works feverishly to find the criminal among the 500 attendees.

In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of WOWOW, Matsuo Suzuki, the artistic director of Bunkamura Theatre Cocoon and the leader of Otona Keikaku in Tokyo, will write, direct, and perform in an original omnibus comedy drama. Each episode is 30 minutes long and is performed with an actress (Yoshida Yo, Kuroki Haru, Aso Kumiko, and Tabe Mikako).

A man who investigates a case that became aging with a “hobby”, Shuichiro Kiriyama (Odagiri Joe) -One day after the legendary man was dispatched to the FBI, he suddenly entered the aging management section of the Sobu police station Came back. The Mobile Investigative Unit (known as "MIU") of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department attempts to solve cases within 24 hours.

Detective Shima Kazumi is selected as a new member of MIU. He is intelligent, with excellent observation and communication skills. Yet, he does not trust other people. He is unable to find a partner in MIU and is ordered to partner with Police Officer Ibuki Ai, who works at a police substation. Ibuki applied for MIU, but he failed. He is in excellent physical condition, but he lacks knowledge and experience as a detective. Shima learns about Ibuki's background and he becomes more nervous. Finally, Shima has his first meeting with Ibuki.

Shuichiro Kiriyama returns to Japan after working for the FBI [in America] for 12 years. Once again, he starts working with the Statute of Limitation Management Department. Since the statute of limitation for serious crimes like murder were abolished in April, 2010, the Limitation Management Department has become an easy, worthless job. As a hobby, Shuichiro Kiriyama begins to investigate the unsolved cases which are about to be abandoned due to the expiration of the statute of limitation. Shizuka Mikazuki joins him once again.

The story is set in a fictional Japan where people are discriminated according to their birthplace and residence. Saitama Prefecture is particularly criticized by the people in Tokyo. One day, a mysterious male student named Rei Asami transfers to Hakuhoudou Academy, a prestigious high school in Tokyo, from America. Momomi Hakuhoudou, the male president of the school's student council and the grandson of the director of the school, is gradually attracted by him.

However, Rei's secret origin that he was born in Saitama is accidentally revealed. He returns to Saitama to join resistance movement to eliminate discrimination against Saitama citizens. When Momomi learns that a powerful politician tries to destroy Rei's resistance group, he decides to go to Saitama to inform Rei of the danger.

Snack bar owner and her regular patron tell 11 different stories about the worst day in the lives of people in their neighborhood of Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. She dreamed of becoming a cafe owner and saved money to achieve her dream, but she was swindled out of her money. She now works at the cafe where she dreamed of becoming the owner. Akiko (Maki Sakai) is 39-years-old. She works as a music teacher and awaits for the perfect man. Fuyu (Tamaki Ogawa) is 38-years-old. She thinks of herself as an actress.

34-year-old Michiyo Mabuchi (Kumiko Aso) and 26-year-old Yoshimi Tendo (Shota Yasuda) meet at a screenwriting class. Michiyo Mabuchi, who is called "Basyauma", works hard to become a writer, but can't see a future for herself as a screenwriter. Meanwhile, Yoshimi Tendo is a bigmouth who never tries hard at anything. These two people fall in love.

Set one year after the drama series "Moteki." 31-year-old Yukiyo Fujimoto (Mirai Moriyama) doesn't have money, dreams or a girlfriend. He has left his job at a staffing firm and is attempting to start a new life by working as a writer for a news site. Suddenly, Yukiyo experiences "moteki" - a period when a man becomes suddenly popular with woman. Director Moriya Kentaro (School Daze) goes for a Japanese take on Four Rooms with Seaside Motel, an ensemble comedy based on the comic book Motel by Okada Yukio. The surreal comedy first hilariously sets up its premise by bringing groups of strangers that include gangsters, gamblers, and call girls into four separate rooms, only to send them into a chaotic colliding course over one fateful night. To match his eccentric group of characters, Moriya has brought together an equally eccentric cast that includes Ikuta Toma (The Fallen Angel), Aso Kumiko (Instant Swamp), Yamada Takayuki (Crows Zero), Tamayama Tetsuji (Goemon), Narumi Riko (Bushido Sixteen), and Furuda Arata (20th Century Boys). The first thing that's wrong with the Seaside Motel is that it's surrounded by mountains with no sea by its side. The second thing wrong is its weird group of guests tonight: A traveling salesman of bogus cosmetics (Ikuta Toma) and a call girl (Kumiko Aso); a businessman with erectile dysfunction (Furuta Arata) and his bored wife; a indebted gambler (Yamada Takayuki), his girlfriend (Narumi Riko), and his debt collector (Tamayama Tetsuji); and don't forget the cabaret girl and her usual customer. They may all be in different rooms with their own problems, but the paths of these strangers will intertwine into an unsolvable knot on this particularly eventful night, and it can only happen at the Seaside Motel. 

Tamo Aoshi is a substitute teacher at his alma mater, a prestigious private high school which admits 200 students to Tokyo University every year. He becomes the coach of the weak baseball club which has only five members and has never won a game since it was established. The highest number of times they have thrown the ball back and forth without dropping it is nine. They prefer the outfield because the infield is scary. Furthermore, they practice on the grounds only three hours a week. At other times, they study, study and study. But they love baseball. Finding them interesting and strange creatures, Aoshi decides that he will give his charges victory, guided by his offbeat theory “triumph is possible even if weak”. And then they seriously set their sights on the annual nationwide high school baseball championship with their brand of preposterous baseball.

Hara-chan is drunk at a cheap pub and blabbering. It is a daily occurrence. He is always vexed, but has neither the wisdom nor the courage to break it up. This is Hara-chan, the main character of the manga ‘Nakuna, Hara-chan’. The illustrator of this manga is Echizen-san, a plain-looking lady who works at a fish paste factory. In place of a diary, she draws this comic strip in a notebook with all the pent-up resentment within her. This is the only outlet for Echizen-san who seems to have lost her passion for life. Then one day, a miracle happens. Hara-chan comes to the sudden realization that he is looking at the world for the first time. The sun’s warmth, the rustle of wind, the twinkle of the stars. He has sprung out of the manga world and into the “real” world. In the “real” world, Hara-chan is in love with Echizen-san. Even if he is not a human in this “reality”.

Based on a 1993 novel by Naoki Award-winner Sato Jiro, the film revolves around a top secret mission to hide Japanese treasures near the conclusion of World War II which would currently be valued at around 200 trillion yen.

Sakai Masato stars as Major Mashiba, an intelligence officer with Japan's Imperial Guard. Together with First Lieutenant Koizumi (Fukushi Seiji) and Master Sergeant Mochizuki (Nakamura Shido), Mashiba attempts to execute secret orders to hide the treasures from the occupying forces of Douglas MacArthur in the hopes of funding the nation's reconstruction at some point in the future.

Out of necessity, 20 young schoolgirls are enlisted to help with the mission without being informed of the details. Santamaria Yusuke plays the girls' teacher and Yachigusa Kaoru plays one of the girls in the present day.

Unsure if Noburo is her father, Haname decides to visit him but tells him that she is a distant relative, he happens to be the shopkeeper at an odd antiquities shop called Light Bulb Co., working for her father is a punk rocker named Gas.

Haname becomes fascinated with the various oddities and charm of Light Bulb Co., and discovers that she, like her father has a knack for selling things so she decides to become a shopkeeper herself. Customers are hard to come by, but she listens to her dad's strange advice-like filling a sink full of water whilst running errands makes life exciting. One day her father offers to sell her the key to the family warehouse for 1 million yen to fund his next trip, which she excitedly agrees to without thinking. However, when she discovers a shocking fact about Light Bulb Co. she chucks the key away in disgust. Later she realizes that she's been stubborn not telling Noburo he was her dad, but by the time she runs back to meet him he's already gone. Eventually Haname with the support of gas.

Nojima Satoshi (Junichi Okada) is a photographer whose job depends on his friend Shingo, a model, who in turn is in a middle of a career crisis. Nojima wants to photograph scenery, but is held back because he feels obligated to stay with his friend. His neighbor, Nanao (Kumiko Aso), works at a flower shop, has dedicated her life to her job and isn't involved in any romance. They've never met. However, they're aware of each other's presence by the sounds they make in their daily lives through the thin wall. Through twists and turns, they gradually realize their true desires; and on the road to reach their goals, their paths somehow intersects in this believable modern-day fairy-tale.

A Japanese indie film, Ocm4 is the philosophical story of a color-blind man called Maeda who decides to have an operation to cure his vision.

The film takes place 30 years prior to the events of Ring, and depicts the life of 19-year-old Sadako Yamamura, the antagonist of previous films. In this film, her role shifts to that of a protagonist.
