Chae-byul is standing on a subway platform after being dumped by her lover, Nah Han-su, whose goal in life is to climb to the top in society. Having watched her, the members of the 'Suicide Ghost Club,' in charge of promotion, push her into an oncoming train to enhance their sales record. Persuaded by the ghosts in charge of promotion, Chae-byul signs up for the Suicide Ghost Club and meets other ghosts of unique characters such as Kantorates, Miss Stupid, and Diety. Miss Stupid talks Chae-byul into taking revenge on her lover, but Kantorates tries to stop her from making a deal with Miss Stupid. Chae-byul is confused, but Han-su's attitude instigates Chae-byul to get back at him.

Young-Hoon (Kim Seung-Woo) works for his mother’s restaurant, but he prefers hanging out with his friends. He then meets Yeon-A (Jang Jin-Young), a tough lady that works in a room salon as a barmaid. She takes the initiative by coming to his restaurant, when he is working, and propositions him in a playful way. They become a couple, but their relationship is always volatile. They fight constantly, but the next moment kiss and make up. Meanwhile, Young-Hoon already has another girlfriend, who is his finance! When his mother learns about his new girlfriend Yeon-A, she pushes her son to get married to his finance. Even after he marries his finance, Young-Hoon continues his relationship with Yeon-A. When Young-Hoon’s wife gets pregnant, Yeon-A starts to feel insecure about their relationship and takes matter into her own hands. She decides to call Young-Hoon’s wife and tell her everything about their relationship.

Park Kyung-Won dreamed of flying since she was a little kid. To achieve her dream of becoming a pilot, Kyung-Won, at the age of 26, travelled to Japan and enrolled in an aviation school. While studying at the aviation school, she supported herself by driving a taxi. One day, Kyung-Won picks up a male passenger, who turns out to be a Korean exchange student Ji-Hyeok. Ji-Hyeok is attracted to her and what she was trying to accomplish. Although he begins to court Kyung-Won, Ji-Hyeok leaves to enlist in the army.

A few years later, Kyung-Won flies her first flight and becomes a pilot. Her accomplishment is well received Korea. Meanwhile, Kyung-Won takes under her wings, fellow female Korean aviation student Jung-Hee, who wants to follow in Kyung-Won's footsteps. Also, Ji-Hyuk is discharged from the army and is commissioned as a officer in a aviation school. Ji-Hyuk and Kyung-Won meet again and soon realize their feelings are as strong as ever.

Eventually Kyung-Won hopes to take part in a long-distance flight to her home country of South Korea ...

Kang Ta (H.O.T.) serves as MC and mentor to the contestants. Jang Jin Young (Black Beat, vocal trainer for EXO, Red Velvet and SHINee) works as the voice coach. Kim Tae Woo, dance trainer for EXO, SHINee’s Taemin and Super Junior’s Eun Hyuk), serves as the kids’ dance coach. With guest appearances from other idols and intensive sessions in SM Entertainment’s legendarily rigorous idol training program, the kids will soon realize that being an idol is hard work. And that’s even before they have to deal with their moms. Idol Moms is inspired by the American reality show “Dance Moms.”
