Hana is a high school student. Her parents suddenly died in an accident. Since then, Hana doesn't have any hope to live. One day, a man introduces himself to Hana as an agent from a special government agency. He asks Hana to talk about a dream she. She is confused by what he talked about. On that night, Hana has a strange dream.

Kyoji Narita is a high ranking yakuza member. On a rainy day, he wanders on the street. He hears a singing sound and he walks towards the sound. There, he meets junior high school student Satomi Oka and he invites him to go to a karaoke place to teach him to sing. Kyoji Narita badly wants to improve his singing so he won't place last in his gang's karaoke competition. Meanwhile, Satomi Oka is a 3rd grade junior high school students and leads the school choral club. Satomi Oka has a sincere personality, but he often makes biting remarks. He has one problem, which is that he has difficulties with high-pitched notes due to his voice going through puberty. Satomi Oka is embarrassed by the unexpected request from Kyoji Narita.

Children go missing in a town and the adults around them die suspiciously. The only fortuneteller to tell them that Eun-Joo is still alive is Kim Joong-San (Yu Hae-Jin). Kim Joong-San also recommends to the women that they get in touch with Detective Kong Gil-Yong (Kim Yun-Seok) for his help. Detective Kong Gil-Yong doesn't want to become involved the case, but he agrees to do so. He advises Eun-Joo's parents to keep the investigation private. Publicity could place Eun-Joo in more danger. Detective Kong Gil-Yong doesn't trust the fortuneteller, but he predicts things that come out to be true, including that the kidnapper will get in touch with the parents on the 15th day after her disappearance. With a picture that the kidnapper sends on the 15th day, Detective Kong Gil-Yong and Kim Joong-San are certain Eun-Joo is still alive.
