The story of the Lim family from Long Long Time Ago 《我们的故事》continues in this two-part film series. Conflict grows between Ah Kun and his nephew Shun Fa. Themes of a generation gap between those born in the 1950s and the following generation are explored in their varying reactions to nation-building policies implemented from the 1980s to the present day.

Durr-e-Shehwar's (Samina Peerzada) daughter, Shandana (Nadia Jamil), and Durr-e-Shehwar's husband, Mansoor's (Qavi Khan) nephew, Haider (Noman Ejaz) have been married to each other for the last eight years. But recently there has been a breach in their relationship due to which Shandana decides to spend some time at her maternal home in Murree along with her young daughter, Sophia (Sophia Syed).

Both Durr-e-Shehwar and Mansoor love Shandana and Sophia a lot. But Shandana envies her mother thinking that she led a comfortable and happy life with a loving husband and nothing to worry about. And thus, she often compares Haider with her father. Shandana also undergoes a stage of semi-depression and evens thinks of divorcing Haider. When Mansoor gets to know this, he gets angry with Haider. He reports this matter to his sister i.e. Haider's mother, thus, further complicating the matter.

Unable to see Shandana in such a devastated condition, finally one day Durr-e-Shehwar narrates her own life story to Shandana and reveals that life for her wasn't as easy as Shandana thinks it to be. She tells her that when she had got married (Sanam Baloch as Young Dur-e-Shehwar) and moved to Mansoor's (Mikaal Zulfiqar as Young Mansoor) house, Mansoor's mother (Saba Faisal) was cold towards her and did not use to appreciate her for good qualities. Durr-e-Shehwar had to struggle a lot to gain her mother-in-law's acceptance and also the true love of Mansoor, who had earlier neglected her on the words of his mother. Hearing this story, Shandana realizes that her mother's life wasn't a bed of roses and being a housewife did not ensure happiness for Durr-e-Shehwar. This does blemish Shandana's respect for her father but it calms her down and gives her morale to start a new life with Haider.

Meer Abru revolves around a middle-class girl, Abru, who tries to win bread for her family, and an upper-class mysterious guy, Meer, who is the owner of Muraad Industries. Abru lives along with her two younger sisters, Hayaa and Sana who are in university along with their father Ahmed, who teaches at the same university and was about to retire due to which Abru had to get a job at Muraad Industries. However, she was offended of that job because of her boss Meer's attitude. Meer was a mysterious and a serious personality. He was from an upper-class family and lived in a joined-family which consisted of his mother, Saira, his father, Ghazanfar, his aunt, Zaibi, his uncle, and two cousins, Saim (who also works along with him at Muraad Industries,) and Waleed (who attends the same university as Hayaa and Sana). However, in the office, Abru met Saim, unaware that he is the cousin of Meer, she complained about his attitude to him. Eventually Saim fell in love with her and so did Meer. However, Abru fell in love with Meer and when Zaibi came to know all this, she used the fact for her own selfish purpose and plotted a plan by creating a misunderstanding between Meer and Abru and got Saim married with him due to which, Meer developed hate for Saim and Abru. Abru married Saim because Meer had no trust in her but Saim did trust her. Due to the hate, Meer demanded the partition of Muraad Industries which the whole family objected except Zaibi (who created all those misunderstandings for this purpose). On the other hand, a side-story of Waleed and Abru's two sister's was going on. One day, when Abru came to the Muraad household for business purposes, Waleed's friend was there who tried to touch her for which Abru slapped him. Waleed got mad at Abru for slapping his friend and insulted her. When Meer came to know the matter, he forced Waleed to apologise to Abru. He did apologise but took the matter seriously and wanted to take revenge. He tried to flirt with both of Abru's sisters but got unsuccessful at Sana. As for Hayaa, he successfully got into a relationship with her. He secretly married her and impregnated her. Later, he started neglecting Hayaa and rejected his unborn baby. Hayaa then attempted to commit suicide but was saved. The whole household then gradually came to know about her pregnancy and were really mad at Hayaa. The matter was brought to Waleed's parents and Abru's in-laws and it was proved that Waleed married Hayaa. Meer proved it by finding the marriage papers and he did so because he, according to himself, followed his rules, and truth was one of his rules. Later Hayaa was moved to the Muraad household and Waleed was totally frustrated for that. He even shifted his room to the guest room. However, as for Abru's own story, her problem was solved, but now, a cousin of Meer and Saira's niece, Maha came to their house from overseas and was best friends with Saim. However, she was way too involved in Saim which started bothering Abru. Turns out that there was really something wrong. Maha was invited by Zaibi (Saim and Waleed's mother) to accomplish her plan to get Saim and Abru separated. One day, when Maha confessed her feelings to Saim, he got mad at her, telling her that he loves Abru and cannot betray her. He said that he loves her (as a friend) which Abru heard as misunderstood Saim thus, Abru, heartbroken, headed to her daddy's home. Circumstances would not have been this worse if Maha made it appear to Abru that Saim is also involved with her. However, at the same time Abru's younger sister and her sister-in-law, Hayaa was also suffering from hardships. Her husband, Waleed blackmailed her, and treated her like his slave which when Abru saw, got furious at her saying that why does she not take a stand for herself. Upon this, Hayaa starts rejecting Waleed's slavery and realizes her rights. Later on, Saim proved Maha wrong (that Saim is in a relationship with her) and earned Abru's trust back. When Maha was asked that why did she do such a rash deed, in panic, she lied and blamed Meer for all this. When the lie was discovered by the rest of the whole Muraad lineage, a huge crack was formed between the two brothers, Ghazanfar (Meer's Dad) and Jamaal (Saim's Dad) and thus, the house was splitting up which really made Zaibi excited, even though this wasn't the reason she called Maha for but Maha did accidentally did her this benefit. During all this situation, the unexpected takes place, leaving the whole household in deep sorrow and pain. All the affairs that were being carried out, stopped. All this happened because a car accident took place in which consisted of Saim and Abru. Abru was doing fine but Saim's condition was really critical. Abru then called Meer who took them to the hospital. There, Saim passed away, leaving Abru widowed. Abru is then sent to her dad's home. On the other hand, Zaibi starts brain-washing Hayaa and tells her that Abru is her mortal-enemy. Hayaa starts hating Abru. During all this, Abrus father says that he wants his daughter to live with him for some time. There she misbehaves with her sisters and forces them to apologise to her even when they had not done something. One night the electricity goes off and Hayaa blames Abru that she has done that on purpose so that Hayaa suffers. During this, she slips and falls. They take her to the hospital and a baby boy is born. Waleed did not allows Meer to see his son. Hayaa also did not allows Abru to see the young boy and says that she made her slip. Waleed says to Hayaa thank you for giving him such a pleasant thing (his son). Zaibi does not likes the affectionate way, but says nothing. Waleed was now on Saims seat in Murad Industreies after saims death. He makes wrong decisions on purpose and then emotionally black mails Meer to take the blame on himself. After knowing this, Ghazanfar makes Waleed leave and calls Abru who was suffering from unemployment after her fathers retirement. She reluctantly joins. Waleed tells Hayaa about this. Angry, she confronts Abru. Abru leaves the place for Waleed but works there from a different position. Waleed then comes to know that his mother has been lying to him a lot of times. He confronts her and she says that Hayaa is a liar, not her. He scolds her and says that he will not let anyone talk about his wife like that and leaves , leaving Zaibi in shock. As guilty Maha comes from the overseas again and apologizes Meer for lying. She also tells Waleed and Haya that Abru is innocent and all the fire is by Zaibi. Hayaa and Waleed apologise to Abru and she happily accepts. She is now living in the Murad house. One night Sana was out when her car stops in the middle off a deserted place. She calls out for help but accidentally makes some bad people take notice of her. She runs into the nearby forest and not knowing what to do, she calls Meer. He comes there instantly and makes the people go away and then leaves her home. Abru sees them together and got the wrong idea. She confronts Meer and then Sana. Sana tells her everything and then Abru apologises to Meer who forgives her. In the end, everyone thinks that Meer and Maha should get married together. On their wedding day, Maha says no to the molvi sahb. Waleed tells everyone that that was their plan and also tells everyone about Zaibi did. She cries and apologises to everyone. Everyone is happy now and Meer and Abru are married to each other and live happily ever after.

The television series is centred around Sakina, who leaves her home with her daughter fleeing from her husband due to him domestically abusing her. She seeks shelter at her former lover Maqsood Sahab's house and their love story is so tragic and interesting that his wife Hajra, and daughter, Insha know it by heart.

The drama also revolves around Insha and Abdul love story.

Mahjabeen is a naïve, quirky, clumsy, carefree, overtalkative, and mischievous young woman who has failed the tenth-grade multiple times. She is very innocent and fails to pick up on certain social cues. Presumably, she has a lower-middle-class family background. Abdullah is a shy, nerdy, soft-spoken, and socially awkward/out-of-place university student who is gifted in mathematics. He comes from an affluent upbringing and has been verbally abused by his stepfather, Sarwar (Omair Rana). Both protagonists are daydreamers with different aspirations; Mahjabeen fantasizes about escaping from her studies and getting married one day, while Abdullah dreams about a relationship with his crush and classmate, Shanzey (Yashma Gill). Mahjabeen and Abdullah know each other through her father, Munshi Jee, who works for Abdullah’s family and their business. Mahjabeen teases Abdullah on occasion and they are acquaintances at the beginning of the series. Early in the series, Sarwar becomes smitten with Mahjabeen and plots to pursue her romantically. After both protagonists get rejected by their interests (with Mahjabeen’s fiancé eloping with her best friend on her wedding day and Abdullah’s crush rejecting his proposal), Abdullah marries Mahjabeen on the spot. He does this out of pity. This angers Sarwar, and he secretly plots to ruin the gullible Abdullah’s relationship with the ever-so innocent Mahjabeen. The plot twists and Sarwar tries to marry Mahjabeen by false means. Mahjabeen tells about Sarwar to Abdullah who is now confused. [1][2]He sends her back home on the account of his father's insult.Munshi Jee gets arrested on the order of Sarwar, and has a heart attack and dies after asking Washma Abdullah's younger sister, to take care of Mahjabeen as she is very innocent. Washma is a confident girl unlike her brother Abdullah as she grew up with her aunt Lala Rukh instead of lurking with Sarwar. Abdullah proceeds to marry Shanzay after she attempts suicide. Sarwar threatens Mahjabeen and her mother but she cuts the call on his end. Washma takes Mahjabeen to the hospital where she is revealed to be pregnant. Washma explains to her mom Munshi ji was innocent and was tied in a plan plotted by Sarwar. Abdullah and Washma's mom then tells her son to take over their company. Now their mom leaves Sarwar. Abdullah realizes Mehjabeen is his true love and breaks up with Shanzey. The serial ends with Abdullah bringing Mehjabeen home, Sarwar ending up in the jail and the last scene is of Mehjabeen and Abdullah quarreling.

The show starts with Sakina, a young girl who runs away to marry a guy she loves. Musa, Sakinas's cousin is informed by Isa about her Nikkah. Musa rushes towards the backyard where the Nikkah is taking place. Musa starts fighting with the men, grabs Sakina's hand and drags her away. When they return home, Musa gathers everyone and tells them what Sakina was going to do. Sakina's Uncle fixes her marriage with his son, Isa. Nikkah takes place against Sakina's will and at that time she curses Musa that he falls in love with someone but cannot achieve his love.

Then after a week, Musa told his mother that he will only marry someone if she wears a hijab and her hands are also covered meaning she should be a very religious girl. Once he sees a girl named Zohra in a bus, wearing hijab and gloves and Musa gets attracted and falls in love with her at first sight. He starts following that girl daily as she is a university student. On following her, Musa proposes to her but instead of considering it, she tells him to reach a certain address at night. Musa reaches that place at the stated time and is shocked to see that it's a modern party and is very shocked to see Zohra dancing in jeans and shirt. He learns the reality that Zohra is an escort.Musa is shocked and quite angry and drags Zohra out of the party and confronts her for concealing her real identity. Zohra in reply criticizes the hypocritical standards set by men and says that true love is not affected by the good or bad of the other person.

After days, Musa decides to meet with Zohra with the help of a hawker, Muraad, near Zohra's residence. He takes away the money (that Musa had given him) to Anna ji and requests him to allow to meet Musa with Zohra. In return of money given by Musa, Anna Ji allows Zohra and she goes away with Musa. There Musa has arranged all the setup of Nikkah e.g Moulvi Sahab and Gawahaan. Zohra shocks when she comes across about the Nikkah. She crticizes her love that his love is everything is for him.

Miral(Sarah Khan) is a young arrogant woman belonging to the elite family class who is controlling and egoistic. Her father Seth Fareed is a wealthy businessman who supports her even in her negative thinking while her mother and grandmother try to make her understand values of life and that everything in this world is mortal. She always misbehaves with her grandmother because her grandmother believed that her beauty, intelligence and all qualities will fade one day. Her younger brother Hasan Fareed(Ameer Gillani)is somehow influenced by her and is studying engineering. Anaya Aziz(Mawra Hocane) is an ambitious, strong-headed, women's rights activist studying at same university as of Hassan's. She and Hassan clash when she defeats him in an engineering model competition. Hasan insults her in response. She taunts Hasan about him being dependent on his father for everything while he himself hasn't achieved anything by himself. Hasan is deeply influenced by her words and starts to make money through online jobs and starts to take public transport. He starts liking Anaya because of her differentiated and independent thinking. Miral seeing a change in Hasan and not being able to control him anymore finds out about Anaya and his dispute and her brother's newly found love for her. She reaches university and openly insults Anaya to which Anaya calmly responds and Miral slaps her in anger. This news reaches Hasan and he confronts Miral. Their grandmother dies and Miral began to feel disturbed. Hasan helps Anaya in taking down a guy who was blackmailing her friend and in response got shot. He is recovered and proposes Anaya which she accepts. He sends his parents to her house where his father (who supports Miral that Hasan should not marry Anaya as she comes from middle-class background) humiliates her parents while his mother apologizes to them for misbehavior. Anaya for her parent's respect then rejects Hasan's proposal but then finally gives in after his persuasion. They get married while Miral does not attend the ceremony. She also tries to take revenge by marrying on the same day but her fiance Ali ran away on the wedding day. Their Walima is also cancelled due to Miral and Fareed Sahab threats. Anaya also joins company whereas Fareed Sahab makes Miral Ceo of the company degrade her. She remains calm and collected despite Miral degrading behavior while Hasan attempts to make his father understand about Miral's doings. Miral senses become overshadowed by her grandmother's words and she began to see psychiatrist Dr Haris(Usman Mukhtiar) who falls in love with her. When Miral slaps Anaya in front of employees, Anaya feels humiliated and leaves office and goes to her parent's house. Hasan, when came to know about this, decides to leave the house while his father still supports Miral. They get home on rent and Anaya and Hassan started finding jobs for making money. Anaya gets a job. But unfortunately, the supreme court said that no construction takes place in the country this news makes Anaya and Hassan upset about jobs. Dr Haris propose Miral. Then Miral talks to her parents who agreed about Miral decision.They both get married . Hasan gets a job through his friend Atif in Yasir Qureshi's office where he is mistreated and humiliated on a daily basis whereas Anaya gets promoted in her office. Hasan's friend Atif starts to create doubts in his mind about Anaya upon Miral's request. Hasan starts to believe that Anaya has an affair with his boss, and confronts her on the day Anaya goes out to the doctor to realises she is expecting a child. She realises Hasan's nature and does not reply to his accusation and does not even tell him about her pregnancy. Hasan goes back to his parent's house. After some time, Anaya's father dies which breaks her completely. The money her dad has saved also gets wasted by frauds. Anaya gets a leave from her office and bakes cakes for her living. She has a baby boy and names her Ibrahim Aziz, her father's name. On the other hand, Miral finds out his husband is still continuing his job, which infuriates her and she leaves her home and threatens her husband that she will get a divorce. Ali returns and realises he can't live without Miral so apologises and starts to create space in Miral's heart for him.Miral decides to take divorce from Haris while Haris does not want to take divorce . Then Anaya resumes her office and on the first day of her office , she comes to know that her new boss is Yasir Qureshi . When Atif tells hassan that Anaya is working under Yasir Qureshi , Hassan decides to take divorce from Anaya.Yasir Qureshi orders Anaya to go on a trip to Islamabad and when she goes there ,Yasir comes to her room in the night and gives her promotion letter but in the morning she resigns from the job and throws the promotion letter on Yasir's face . On the same day Miral goes through an accident and due to the accident her spinal cord gets injured and is paralyzed but Dr Haris takes care of her . She realizes her mistakes and confesses everything to Hassan that what she had done to Anaya in the past . Hassan feels ashamed and goes to Anaya's home to seek forgiveness but Anaya doesn't forgives him . Then Miraal goes to Anaya's home to seek forgiveness and asks her to forgive Hassan too . Anaya forgives Hassan . Anaya's mother adopts a boy named Muhammad Ali as she was alone . Haris takes care of Miraal but she is still guilty of what she has done to Haris in the past but Haris forgives her and then both siblings live a happily ever after

The story revolves around a group of high-spirited friends who help, support, and enjoy one another's company as they overcome hardships in their lives. Four friends, Saad, Shahzain, Shariq and Shehryar call themselves the SSG (Special 'S' Gang because all their names start with the letter 'S'). They all study in Lawrence College in Murree. Saad's family comprises his father, Brigadier (later Major General) Faraz Inam, who serves in the army, his mother and sister, Rahmeen, an aspiring artist. Shahzain belongs to a rich village family and is the closest to his grandfather, Malik Allahyar. Shariq's family consists of his sister, Ghazala and his widowed mother. Shehryar's father is a bandmaster. They often bunk college together at night and once caught by their hostel warden, Firdous Baig. On the other hand, there is Dua and Rani. Rani is a vivacious girl, who comes from a rich village family. After three years, she is yet to pass her Intermediate exams, which she ultimately doesn't. Dua comes from Rawalpindi and is seen visiting her cousins, Aisha and Raheel in Murree. Raheel is obnoxious and is over-protective of Dua, which she immensely dislikes and tries to avoid him. Despite receiving warnings from the headmaster of the college, the SSG still bunk college and this time, they accidentally run into Dua and her cousins. Saad immediately recognizes Dua, while Shariq and Shehryar run away from the scene. Saad tells Shahzain that he had seen Dua twice before and has a crush on her but he didn't have the courage to tell her about his feelings. Shahzain encourages Saad to go after her and get to know her name since he didn't. They follow her and eventually get to know her name. The next day, they met Dua again after Shariq spots her with her cousins and tells the other three, who immediately rushes to her. As Shahzain and Shehryar begin to introduce themselves to Dua and tell her about Saad, Raheel pushes Saad, thinking he was harassing Dua and a physical fight follows. The police arrive and take Saad and Raheel into custody, while Shahzain and Shehryar flee, later joined by Shariq. Dua's parents file a complaint against Saad, in the name of harassment. This causes a rift between the SSG. Shariq refuses to be involved in their tactics anymore. Saad slaps Shahzain, because he made a fuss in front of Dua. In the end, Saad, Shahzain and Shehryar were rusticated from the hostel. Since Sharq wasn't directly involved in the incident, no action was taken against him. The four friends now go on to lead their separate lives. Shahzain doesn't show up for his exams and slowly transforms into an angry young man. Saad is confused between choosing Army or Medical as his profession but ultimately joins army after finding Dua submitting her application at the same medical college. Later they meet at a park where Dua softens up when she overhears him scolding his pet Zorro for chasing her. Shahzain and Shehryar then visit Saad, wanting to reconcile but Saad humiliates the two and asks them to leave. Saad later departs for PMA (Pakistan Military Academy). Upon arriving at PMA, Saad meets Gulzar Hussain and develops a good friendship with him. On the other hand, Shahzain decides to marry Dua as a revenge on Saad. However Dua's parents reject his proposal. Shehryar confronts Shahzain and stops him from marrying Dua, and makes him realize his mistakes. Then Shahzain, Saad, Shariq, Shehryar meet to sort out all misunderstandings. But learning that Shahzain went to Dua's house, Saad confronts Shahzain. Shahzain feels humiliated again. His marriage is fixed with Rani. He only invites Shariq and Shehryar to his wedding but when he overhears the two talking about Saad, it angers him. Shariq and Shrehyar leave realizing that Shahzain only viewed them as commodities and not friends. In their next meeting Saad and Dua were confronted by Raheel (Dua's cousin). Dua walks off angrily and goes home. Raheel proposes to Dua for marriage but Dua refuses and tells her father to trust her that Saad is just a friend. She then tells Saad she won't contact him until they both establish their careers. Raheel's parents then invite Dua's parents and insist on their marriage but Dua's father refuses. On the way home, Dua's parents meet with an accident. Dua's father passes away and her mother becomes disabled. Her cousin blackmails her into marrying him as he finds out she is adopted. Dua agrees but then exposes him in front of his parents. Dua and her mother shift to Abbottabad to live near her medical college. Saad is shown to pass out of PMA with a sword of honour. Later he finds about Dua's father. Shahzain is shown to be contesting in the by elections. Shariq's YouTube channel has been so well established that he is offered a job as a news anchor at a well-established channel. He accepts the job after declining at first and selects Ramsha (a former news reporter who became friends with Shariq) as producer of his show. Shahzain wins his elections and becomes an MNA. Shariq achieves success as a news anchor. After passing out from PMA, Saad starts his army duties and visits Dua. He helps Dua in setting up her new home. They grow closer to each other and eventually meet each other's parents. Saad starts planning his wedding and bumps into Shahzain while completing a wedding-related task. They confront each other and eventually reconcile. Meanwhile, Shehryar is appointed as an Assistant Commissioner and works with Shariq to help free one of their college friends who has been wrongly imprisoned due to a mafia gang. Shariq and Shehryar manage to successfully free him. All the four friends get together for Saad's wedding and are seen teasing Saad. On the night of the wedding, it is revealed that Dua has been appointed as an army doctor and walks down the aisle in her uniform leaving Saad in awe. Later, Shahzain is attacked by his presumed rivals. Saad, on the other hand, is appointed in LOC Kashmir. Dua informs him that she is pregnant. Shahzain wins the elections but Shehreyar is suspicious. He confronts Shahzain on learning that he staged Choudhary Vakar(Rani's brother) for his attempted murder to win the elections. Shariq and Ramsha are going to marry each other. Shariq advises Shehryar to go to Masooma and apologize to her for his behavior. Shahzain apologizes to Rani, his grandfather and Shehryar. Rani tells him that she is pregnant. Due to high alert on LOC all four boys stand up for their country. Shahzain went on a live show of India and insults them. Shariq covers media and tells all Pakistan about the problems at LOC. Shehryar tells people to go away from LOC. Saad is given an operation of retrieving an injured soldier from the battleground. He is eventually shot in process but manages to complete his mission. He is then taken to the hospital where he recovers. At the end all friends visit their College and advise the students on how to serve the country through various fields of opportunities

The story revolves around two companions Zamal Areeba. Zamal belongs to a wealthy family whereas Areeba belongs to a white-collar class family. Areeba and Zamal are best friends until an attractive person turns into the explanation of their conflicts. Faaris marries Areeba and Zamal didn't knew about this. Zamal asked Areeba to marry her brother Rohaan. Areeba gets engaged to Rohaan. Later on Rohaan's best friend Rafail gets to know that Areeba and Faaris are married. He invites Rohaan to his house and when they both are in the car, they caught Areeba with Faaris. When Zamal's gets to know that Faaris is married with her best friend Areeba, she gets dishearted. In the last episodes, Areeba leaves Faaris and stays in the house of her cousin. Faaris returns to his parents house while Areeba's cousin leaves Areeba and also leaves Pakistan.

Diyar-e-Dil depicted the story of Bakhtiyar Khan / Agha Jan (Abid Ali)'s family, It is the story of two brothers (Agha Jan's sons) and their emotional bond, the story depicts their journey of how they separate from each other and suffer without each other's presence. Agha Jan's family which apart long ago due to the rebelliousness of his son Behroze Bakhtiyar Khan (Mekal Zulfiqar) when he refused to marry his father's choice (and his paternal cousin) Arjumand Bedar Khan (Hareem Farooq) to marry Ruhina Arsalan (Sanam Saeed) instead. After getting disowned by his father, Behroze left his house to marry Ruhina, without the consent of Agha Jaan, while Arjumand was forced to marry Behroze's younger brother, Suhaib Bakhtiyar Khan (Ali Rehman Khan). Behroze and Ruhi were insulted by Agha Jan when Behroze came back for apology, Agha Jan chose Suhaib and Arjumand over them, the two were banished forever, they left and decided to start a new life in Lahore whereas Arjumand and Suhaib decided not to grow more close. Both the couples faced different situations, with one in love and the other in depression. The series then focused on their life after marriage and showed how Suhaib and Arjumand grew more closer after giving birth to Wali Suhaib Khan (Osman Khalid Butt), and fell in love, whereas afterwards Ruhi and Behroze's daughter, Faarah Behroze Khan (Maya Ali) was born as well. After twenty-years, Behroze became a successful business man, both the couples were settled and satisfied. It was also shown how Suhaib never stopped looking after his older brother, in hope to get him back home until his death after which Behroze reunited with his family. Their children were married, fulfilling Suhaib last wish to reunite the family. However, Ruhina opposed this decision and left Behroze in anger due to her brother's manipulation As a result, Behroze died of her umbrage. With the grief of her father's death, and the constant persuasion of her maternal uncle and cousin, Faraah demanded for a divorce from Wali along with her inheritance, which further increased tension in the family and became the cause of Agha Jaan's developing illness. Faarah told her mother she did not want her inheritance, and that it was added to her divorce agreements without her choice, due to which Ruhi left the house in anger and her daughter alone. After Agha Jaan's second heart attack, Wali kidnapped Faarah from her house and drove her to his summer resort, locking her in a room so she would not be able to escape. Once Faarah calmed down, Wali made an agreement with her; that if she agreed to live with Agha Jaan for three months, he would give her a divorce so she could marry her cousin Moeez (Ahmad Zeb) whom which he thought she loved. Following the agreement Faarah developed affection towards Agha Jaan when she realizes the mistakes and lies told by her uncle Tajamul Arsalan (Behroze Sabzwari) and mother, and eventually develops a soft corner for Wali. Tajamul and Moeez's truth was revealed to Ruhi after which she regretted her doings and was locked up by Moeez. He kidnapped Faarah to retain her inheritance to invest in his business, where Wali saved Faarah and gets wounded of gun shot. Moeez ended up in jail, while Ruhi breaks all ties from her brother and reunites with Agha Jaan and her in-laws apologizing for her doings. Faarah admits her love for Wali the day her contract was due, and the two reconciled removing all the misconceptions they had in their hearts and complete the valley of heart (Diyar-e-Dil).

Main Abdul Qadir Hoon is a unique story of a boy named Abdul Qadir (Fahad Mustafa). He has a heart of gold whose life goes through many twists and turns because of people around him trying to influence him. He is an obedient son but his parents are too busy with their own lives. He befriends a girl in his neighborhood by the name of Zareen (Alishba Yousuf) who is a spoilt and fast girl. She gradually influences him towards drinking alcohol and smoking. When he proposes to her she rejects him and a heart-broken Abdul Qadir is sent to England by his mother Meera (Saba Hameed). In England (those episodes were actually shot in Turkey), Abdul Qadir totally immerses himself in the local culture and befriends Faiz (Faisal Qureshi), Shah Mir and Sarmad. Here accidentally he meets Nell (Aamina Sheikh) and employs her as his housekeeper. One day he attempts to be a bit too forthcoming and sociable with her, in response to this she pleads to him in the name of God and this hits him deeply. Nell gradually brings him back to religion. Abdul Qadir is so influenced with Nell that the two get married but Nell dies as she is suffering from Aids. After living for nine months abroad, Abdul Qadir surprises his mother on his return by sporting a beard and wearing a cap. On her inquiring, he tells her that he wants to be a religious scholar. Now Meera wants to change her son and for this asks for Zareen’s help. Zareen is now divorced twice and lives in poverty. Zareen initially refused the offer from Meera, but afterwards, poverty gets the better of Zareen, and for the sake of money she takes her offer. Zareen runs into Abdul Qadir while jogging one day, both meeting each other. They go out a few times. Meanwhile, Pasha, Zareen's ex-husband, finds out about the plot and blackmail's Zareen into giving him money to stop him from telling Abdul Qadir. On Zareen's birthday, Abdul Qadir goes to Zareen's house, where Pasha is already there, the door stays open, as Abdul Qadir overhears the plan his mother has laid out. Pasha, at this time tries to rape Zareen, but Abdul Qadir steps in and protects Zareen. Abdul Qadir soon leaves the house. His mother now wants him to marry her best friends' daughter, who initially was going to marry Jawad, an old friend of Abdul Qadir, who had extremely ill mannered habits. Abdul Qadir notifies Meera's best friend about Jawad, and her daughter also catches Jawad in the presence of other girls. Then Meera's best friends daughter now wants to marry Abdul Qadir, but while all this is happening, Faiz, his friend abroad is sick, and his father wants Abdul Qadir to bring him back. Abdul Qadir leaves the house without greeting his mother, she thinks that he left because of her, and that he will never come back. Meera becomes sick and is hospitalised. When she returns from the hospital, the absence of Abdul Qadir dawns upon her. She slowly comes to love everything Abdul Qadir loved. She accepts the gardeners sons gift of sweets, which he wanted to give to Abdul Qadir because the gardeners son came first in his class. The son also wants to become a Muslim, after looking up to Abdul Qadir. Soon Zareen returns to her father, and finds out Meera is sick. She visits Meera's house, where they have an emotional moment and they hug each other. Meera slowly comes to realize the similarities between Zareen and Abdul Qadir. She soon develops a liking for her. Abdul Qadir returns to Pakistan after Faiz's death and finds out that Zareen is about to get married, he sadly agrees to go for the ceremony where it is revealed that the wedding is for Zareen and himself. After the wedding Abdul Qadir gives Zareen the ring in which he wanted to propose her years ago and then he tells her to call him Abdul Qadir instead of A.Q.

Hoorain is different from the people around her and lives at a distance from them. She likes her cousin Asfandyar and wants to marry him. She is ignored by her parents (as her sisters Namal and Warda are clever and sharp-minded) and lives in a separate room at upper story of the house. These factors contribute to Hoorain becoming a victim of schizophrenia. Things become complicated when she starts to act like a schizophrenic. She has hallucinations and consider everyone as her enemy. Asfandyar discovers about her disease and helps her but things become complicated and interwoven. The story is Asfandyar's struggle to help Hoorain recover from this disease.

Maheen is in love with Ali and dreams of a future with him. However, her life turns upside down when Sara falls for him and decides to marry him at any cost.
